High opening speed

The powerful 230V motor of the PASS 838V achieves an opening and closing time of rapid 1.5s. This almost prevents unauthorized cars to drive after a car and thus the PASS 838 very effectively protects secured parking space without losing valuable time waiting

Resistant

The multi-layer coating, consisting of phosphating, two-component primer and a 2-component structure paint, guarantees color stability for many years. The housing is available in red similar to RAL 3000 or in anthracite similar to RAL 7016 as standard. Any RAL color is possible as an option and the housing is also available in stainless steel on request

Vandal-proof gearing

Thanks to well-thought-out electronics, the PASS 838V barrier automatically counteracts any attempted opening by force without damaging the mechanism. For a maximum of security, such an attempt is also recorded in the cycle memory and cannot be lost

Suitable for continuous operation

The powerful motor and the robust full metal gearbox with oil bath lubrication are designed for continuous operation without cooling phases. For the operator of the system, this means reliable access security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Limit switchless technology

The PASS learns the end positions independently during installation. Conventional mechanical limit switches, which can freeze or wear out in winter, are no longer necessary. In addition, the control board can be used to adapt the angle or the speed of the soft run to the needs of the operator and to evaluate the position of the boom.

Emergency release from outside

The self-locking gear of the PASS 838 ensures a safe and reliable locking of the beam. The emergency release is accessed by opening the housing door. Thie door is locked with a profile half cylinder as standard. The lock can thus be easily integrated into an existing locking system. Typical Tousek

Automatic reversal system

An integrated speed encoder enables the Tousek ARS system to be used. It reliably monitors the movement. If the beam hits an obstacle, the barrier stops and automatically moves back up immediately. The highest level of security
