The powerful 3-phase motor of the TPS 6 speed achieves an opening and closing speed of an incredible 30m/min. If necessary, it opens an industrial driveway with approx. 10m in approx. 20 seconds

Suitable for continuous operation

The powerful motor and the robust full metal gearbox are designed for continuous operation without cooling phases. For the operator of the system, this means reliable access security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Pinpoint: technology without limit switches

Using an innovative angle measurement, a high-precision absolute encoder determines the current position of the gate system to the exact mm. The positioning of the end positions has never been so easy and all learning trips after unlocking or power failure are eliminated. The conventional mechanical limit switches, which can freeze in winter, are also superfluous. Typical tousek!

Tool-free intuitive emergency release

An electro-mechanical brake reliably locks the gate. The emergency release sits protected by a profile half cylinder behind an easily accessible flap. This means that locking the emergency release can be integrated into an existing locking system as standard

Adjustable soft-stop and soft-start

The TPS 6 speed stops and accelerates in both directions at a reduced speed. In addition to a safe and harmonious gate movement, the entire mechanics of the gate and operator are also protected

Adjustable speed

Separately adjustable for open and closed directions, the speed can be adjusted to any gate situation and according to the wishes of the operator. The speed is controlled by an efficient frequency converter

Aluminum hood

The entire mechanism is protected from the weather and from unauthorized access under a rust-proof hood. For the standard powder coating, choose between anthracite gray similar to RAL 7016 or gray aluminum similar to RAL 9007. In addition, the intelligent control unit including the frequency converter is securely installed in a generously dimensioned plastic housing.
