Integrated limit switches

In order to avoid the floor stops, usually annoying and dangerous trip hazards, adjustable mechanical stops for the open and closed positions are built in as standard

Comfortable emergency release

The motor locks the gate reliably. The emergency release - important in the event of a power failure - is blocked with a commercially available profile half cylinder. It is interchangeable and can therefore be easily integrated into an existing locking system. Every SWING X is supplied with a cylinder and three keys as standard

Automatic reversal system

An integrated speed encoder enables the Tousek ARS system to be used. It reliably monitors the movement. If the gate encounters an obstacle, the operator stops and automatically returns. The highest level of security

Soft-stop and soft-start

In combination with the ST 61 control unit, the operator stops and accelerates in both directions at a reduced speed. In addition to a safe and harmonious gate movement, the entire mechanics of the gate and operator are also protected

Intelligent attachment concept

The operator is gimbaled on both the gate and column side. In addition, the axes are guided in plain bearing bushes without play. This compensates for differences in height and achieves an absolutely tension-free installation and thus a smooth, even door movement
