Integrated stops for simplified installation

In order to avoid the floor stops, usually annoying and dangerous trip hazards, adjustable mechanical stops for the open and closed positions are built in as standard. In most cases, this eliminates the annoying stumbling hazards in the gate area

Adjustable soft-stop and soft-start

In combination with the ST REX control unit, the operator stops and accelerates in both directions at a reduced speed. In addition to a safe and harmonious gate movement, the entire mechanics of the gate and operator are also protected

The innovative TOUSEK hybrid technology

The central control unit with an externally readable display is housed in a space-saving, small housing. The frequency converter and the management of the safety edges are located directly in the motor. This saves space and expensive installation work

Adjustable speed

Separately adjustable for open and closed directions or for left and right, the speed can be adjusted to any door situation and according to the wishes of the operator

Unique limit switchless technology

A high-precision absolute encoder determines the current position of the gate system using an accurate angle measurement. Determining the end positions has never been so easy and even after a power failure, the search for the right position is no longer necessary. Typical tousek! All learning travels after unlocking or power failure are omitted

Mechanical break

A secure locking is achieved by an additional mechanical brake. This locks the gate safely and reliably in all positions. In the event of a power failure, this can be easily removed from the floor using a latch that can be locked with a profile half cylinder
